Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pipelined ("the Service"), operated by Pipelined ("we", "us", or "our") at pipelined.net. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Pipelined is an applicant tracking system designed for recruiters and hiring teams. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to store or process sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for recruitment purposes

2. Accounts and Authentication

Access to Pipelined requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@pipelined.net if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Google Calendar Integration

Pipelined may request permission to access your Google Calendar with read-only access. This integration is optional and can be revoked at any time via your Google Account settings.

By granting calendar access, you authorize Pipelined to read your calendar events solely for the purpose of displaying them within the app. We do not store, share, or modify your calendar data.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all candidate data, files, and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the candidate data you enter complies with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any necessary consent from the individuals whose data you manage.

5. Uploaded Files

You may upload resumes, transcripts, and other files to the Service. You agree not to upload files that:

• Contain malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Violate any applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect the Service. We will not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipelined shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
